Vinification	red winemaking, long maceration (13-15 days) with frequent punching down and pumping over, fermantation at controlled temperature. Malolactic and maturation in barriques. Aging in bottles for some months
Colour	ruby red with glints of garnet
Bouquet	fruity with hints of wild cherry and blackcurrants
Taste	soft and balanced with light tannic crisp
Best with	white meat, game and cheese
